Midwest Starz is our second home!!!! This competition is my students all time favorite competition! So welcoming an VERY accommodating! We have gone to their regional and national events and they are always run smoothly and on time! Huge thank you to Brent for keeping this competition going!!!! We love the whole MWS staff!!!!

Midwest Starz very professional competition from the owners to the staff , very friendly competition efficient runs smooth through out the day. We appreciate the quality of the awards from the trophies, medals and award pins. Qualified judges with accurate scoring. Great venues especially enjoyed the Dubuque Iowa venue set up, the dressing room to the back stage was convenient they were close together helping the dancers change between routines. The Midwest Starz cares about the dancer and the studio director/owners. Highly suggest this competition to those who haven’t attended one with them.

Midwest Starz we had such a fantastic time this last weekend at Midwest Starz! Derek and I both were discussing how well run and how friendly all the staff are at this competition. The judging and comments were great! We especially loved that we were able to even talk with the owner even though Brent and Terri were so busy they take time to make everyone feel special! I want to thank you for the super fun national. My son gets few opportunities to spend time with other male dancers. While he enjoyed your competition with his duet he had a blast and as a standout dancer. He connected with other boys who not only enjoyed dance but have a passion for it. He could enjoy what he loves without being teased. The pizza party was great place for him to have fun with new friends. Once the performance ended he collected last names of his new friends so they could stay connected. Once in the car he sat with his head low. What’s wrong “I asked” he said “just like that and it’s done”. Then he said “can we go back next year?” Thanks for providing such a great experience for my son.

First I would like to say that we recently attended Midwest Starz here in Minnesota and had a great time once again. You and the other gentleman who does the announcing are wonderful, friendly and always make the kids on stage feel good about themselves and the competition world. Again guys are great. You might remember us. When you were at the table doing something at the end of the day Sunday, you had pull out your phone for my daughter with glasses and her friend so they could watch something on your phone. That was very nice of you. In the three years we have been coming to Midwest Starz, you are always seem friendly and approachable. We look forward to coming back.

Had a great time and won some extra special awards. My daughter’s duet was runner-up overall grand champ to our senior girls clogging team. They are now so pumped up for the rest of the season!

Hey Brent-
Just wanted to say thank you so much for an excellent Nationals competition! All of our dancers had so much fun and the Grand Championship turned out so well. It was such a climatic ending to the weekend.
The Enter Sandman girls went to Denny’s with their huge trophy that night and filled it up with 8 milkshakes and had a taste of their victory so to speak. Of course it has since been cleaned out and shined up and will be proudly displayed at DAC!
Anyways- I really think you have stepped up the competition a notch this year. I’m sure Cary would be very proud!
